By accessing or using the Creative Handmade Workshops website (ghogxireqorlyrax.world) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Description of Services
Creative Handmade Workshops provides creative workshops, classes, and educational services related to various crafts and artistic activities, including but not limited to polymer clay modeling, textile doll making, glass painting, epoxy resin art, floristry, and basket weaving. We operate from our studio located at 100 Molesworth Street, New Plymouth Central, New Plymouth 4310, New Zealand.
Booking and Payment
Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our studio.
Payment Terms
Payment for workshops must be made in advance or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to our Return Policy terms.
Participant Responsibilities
By participating in our workshops, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
- Treat all equipment and materials with care and respect
- Behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants
- Arrive on time for scheduled workshops
- Inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creative Handmade Workshops or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
